great staff but basic amenities

My stay was quite disappointing due to several issues. The sheets in my room had blood stains, and the blankets were old with small holes. The indoor pool was ice cold, making it impossible to relax. I found the bed too soft for my comfort, and to top it off, the plug at the end of the bed didn’t even work. I left feeling unsatisfied and frustrated.

Affordable stay with clean conditions

I stayed for one night in a King Room and found it to be extremely comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and check-in was quick, which was appreciated since we were in a hurry for a wedding. The location was quiet despite being next to a road, making for a restful night. However, the furniture is a bit dated, and I think some updates could really enhance the experience.

However, the cleanliness left much to be desired. there were issues with mold in the bathroom and bedding that was inadequate. Overall, while there were some highlights, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness.

The culinary gems around South Haven had me hooked, especially the local dives dishing up square burgers that are pure magic! Plus, this place had a cozy vibe and the staff were super friendly, making it feel like home. Can't forget how clean the room was, which totally elevated my experience!

However, the tub could've used an upgrade, and yeah, a leaky roof isn’t a great look.

The king room I stayed in was super comfortable with soft bedding. I loved the convenience of walk-in access from the parking lot, which made unloading my bag a breeze! Plus, the location was perfect for exploring local shops and the beach-just a hop away from all the fun! 🌊

I had a pleasant stay in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The mattress was very comfortable, and the location is convenient for accessing stores and dining options. On arrival, I received helpful information about watching the sunset nearby. I appreciated the friendly service I encountered. 🌅

I just loved soaking up the sun by the pool and the refreshing drinks served at the bar during my stay. The atmosphere was so relaxing, making it a perfect getaway spot. The only downside was that the AC seemed to kick off a bit too early at night, but overall it was a wonderful experience! 🌞

Rooms were decent, giving us exactly what we needed—clean, cozy, and a fridge for snacks. We checked out the beach and local shops, which were quick drives away. For the price, this spot is a steal. The pool looked inviting, though we didn’t take a dip.

One downside was that the motel is older, so some areas didn't look as clean as newer places. But overall, it was manageable for a short stay.
